As a Microwave Assembler based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for assembly of complex microcircuit assemblies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Working up to 10 hours per day under a microscope
- Installing and assembling substrates and bare die assemblies
- Handle devices, and other small components using tweezers under a microscope
- Wire bonding, tach bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, epoxy attach
- Soldering with gold tin solder under microscope
- This position will be reporting to the Production Supervisor based in Morgan Hill, CA
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Experience and ability to work under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as tweezers, scribes, torque drivers, and other similar tools
- Experience with Westbond wire bonders and Unitek gap welders preferred
- Some basic computer skills desired
