Anser Charter School Executive Director
The Executive Director serves as the leader of the school, under the direction of and at the pleasure of the Anser Board of Directors. The Executive Director provides the strategic, long term vision for meeting Anser’s mission. The Executive Director is cumulatively responsible for all aspects of organizational health, including but not limited to: enacting the school’s mission and vision; ensuring a rigorous, inclusive and innovative education for all students; ensuring financial sustainability; meeting fundraising and other financial goals; being accountable to Anser’s authorizer; and managing execution of all programs and procedures in alignment with Anser’s mission and vision, with input from Anser staff, students and parents and guardians.
Plan for efforts to support all areas of organizational health including academics, diversity, equity and inclusion, health and wellness, student welfare, operational programs, staff culture, family culture, organization stability, succession plans and financial strength
Collaborate with the board, instructional and operational leaders to develop and implement ambitious, mission-aligned , multi-year strategic organizational plans
Develop a workplace culture, in collaboration with all Directors, that ensures staff professionalism, collaboration, a continuous growth mindset, productive conflict management and includes staff voice in important decision making
Be a passionate spokesperson for Anser, including as an advocate and active participant in local, and state policy and legislation initiatives in support of Anser, and the Anser community.
Continuous focus on growing a connected and diverse student body through supervision of recruitment and marketing strategies
Oversee all HR functions to ensure recruitment and retention of passionate, innovative staff who embody the mission and vision of the school, including developing hiring processes, salary determination, benefits administration in compliance with all legal requirements and manage staff performance or grievance processes.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
