Job Details: This role will report to the Vice President of Human Resources for SRP and could be located at one of our multiple plants in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Local travel is required for this role and will be confined to other western Pennsylvania.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of labor relations strategies to address challenges and capture opportunities
- Provide guidance and counsel to management on human resources and labor relations-related issues
- Work with operations, payroll, disability management, safety, and other human resources functions to ensure the terms of the collective bargaining agreement are properly adhered to and executed
- Manage the resolution of disputes and complaints between the company and the union
