Specific Job Description
ANSER is seeking a Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAMS) Analyst to support technical analyses, assessments and recommendations for ICAM policy implementation. In this key role you will provide high-quality technical support with detailed analyses and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations of existing ICAM technical approaches
- Evaluate and establish ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms
- Conduct risk management assessments of critical assets and develop strategies for protection
- Provide support in developing business cases, resource planning, budget justifications and other documents in support of Identity Management programs
- Develop white papers, reports and other communications to articulate access control rules and issues
- Develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of Identity Management Programs
- Review adherence to PKI policy
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate clearly and succinctly in the preparation of background papers, research and engineering assessments, and policy issues
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field and 5 years of related, relevant experience
- Top Secret/SCI clearance required at date of hire
- Experience writing and presenting technical analyses and assessments
- Understanding of attribute-based access control
- Demonstrated ability to produce written deliverables of quality sufficient to support senior decision making and in a timely manner
- Experience working with/on OSD, Joint Staff, or Service level staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of various technologies
- Excellent documentation skills
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
