Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage project baselines and forecasts (Estimates-to-Complete/Estimates-at-Completion).
- Generate financial status reports and/or charts to meet contractual financial reporting requirements (e.g., monthly status report, etc.).
- Advise project manager (PM) of project financial status as compared to various baseline expectations.
- Monitor project performance to ensure accuracy of revenue and cost.
- Assist project manager with established project financial processes, providing recommendations and input as needed.
- Advise project managers on how different operational decisions and forecast scenarios can affect contract revenue, profit, subcontractor funding, and backlog on projects.
- Understand contract requirements as part of internal contract action reviews; validate resulting project setup.
- Assist in developing standard templates, reports, and processes.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
- Act as a liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on project financial issues.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Experience with Unanet
- Basic knowledge of government contracting and finance
- Bachelors 1 year experience or equivalent
