What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Human Resources Officer position at Anso Partners?
Our client is a public, mid-market, manufacturing company looking for their next CHRO. There are a few things that will help someone to be successful :
- Prior top seat CHRO experience in a public or PE-backed company, skilled in CEO advisory, culture building, team effectiveness, succession planning, and elevating others; post-merger integration experience is a must
- A true strategic, business partner interested in the operations and finances of the company (may have non-HR experience as well)
- Board and compensation committee experience is a must
- Thoughtful about the scale and pace of change – not focused on change and transformation as a way to prove / add value; well-researched, willing to put in the time upfront to listen, build relationships, and minimize disruption
- Able to be in Lancaster, PA 3 days per week (with some additional days from time to time) commutable or relocatable. Relocation support provided.
