Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally and empathetically in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Adhere to all scripting guidelines while understanding and addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer needs with efficiency and courtesy.
- Take and relay accurate phone messages during customer interactions, ensuring clear and detailed documentation.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED. Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak both languages.
- Empathy and compassion toward customers' situations.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in message-taking and customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

- Pay Rate at Hire: $15.50/hr
- 4 Month Anniversary: $16.50/hr
- 8 Month Anniversary: $17/hr
- 1 Year Anniversary: $17.50/hr
