AnswerLive is growing! We are hiring friendly, professional Inbound Call Center Representative to work in our Gastonia, NC office.
We are a 24/7 answering service providing call answering assistance to a wide variety of businesses across the United States.
Nights and Weekends - Part time/Full time
- MUST be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and Holidays
- Must possess excellent spelling and communication skills
- MUST be able to commute to office location for at least first 30 days
- Remote work may be available after a successful 30 day review
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and respond to customer requests
- Place customer orders via the internet
- Schedule customer appointments
- Create accurate and complete messages
- Send and deliver messages to the appropriate location
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using available tools
- Follow-up on outstanding customer messages
- Follow in place client protocols
- Help fellow operators with customers, messages, or other issues as needed
- Recognize, document, and alert a supervisor of customer complaints
- Follow all AnswerLive policies and procedures
The starting wage is $12.50/hour with the opportunity to make up to $13.50/hour within 90 days based on positive work performance and attendance.
