Role Description
As a Volunteer, you will be actively involved in supporting the organization's mission of promoting well-being and combating loneliness, depression, and anxiety. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with outreach initiatives, creating awareness campaigns, and supporting community engagement efforts.
- Community Outreach and Engagement: Connect with local communities, individuals, and organizations to raise awareness about loneliness and mental health.
- Event Planning and Facilitation: Assist in organizing workshops, meditation sessions, and wellness events aimed at combating loneliness. Help facilitate virtual and in-person gatherings to create spaces for connection and sharing.
- Fundraising and Sponsorships: Support the initiative by identifying fundraising opportunities and seeking sponsorships from local businesses or organizations.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with other organizations and experts to build a network of support for the initiative. Identify potential partnerships that could help expand the reach of the program.
Qualifications
Passion for promoting mental health and well-being
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
