What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Antebellum Restaurant?
Come join one of Americas Top 100 Restaurants! We are looking to hire an assistant manager. Applicant must have front of house restaurant experience, preferably fine dining. Looking for someone who is organized, has great customer service skills and is able to cultivate relationships with guests. Responsibilities include taking reservations, liquor/ wine management, and helping out with front of house operations during service. Wine knowledge and bar tending skills are a plus. Must be able to acquire a liquor license/pouring permit.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday with a start time of 2pm. (Most Major Holidays off: Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
