Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler I to join our team. This entry-level position involves supporting the assembly of electromechanical systems and components, including wiring, soldering, and basic mechanical tasks. You will work under the guidance of senior assemblers and engineers to ensure high-quality builds that meet both internal and customer standards.

Essential Functions

- Assist with assembling and wiring electromechanical systems based on schematics and assembly drawings.
- Perform basic soldering and crimping of wires and connectors (training provided as needed).
- Use hand tools and small power tools to assist with component assembly and integration.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
- Keep a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Assist with basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Support team in inventory tracking and documentation as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Soldering experience or IPC Certification is a plus, not required (training provided).
- Familiarity with basic assembly tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.)
- Mechanical assembly concepts in performing assembly to schematics.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and be on their must of the day
Education
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Technical training or coursework in electronics, mechanical assembly, or related field a plus
