Job Summary
The Production and Manufacturing Center in Laurel, MD is looking for an Electromechanical Assembler III who will support new programs. The assembler will have advanced skills such as fine precision soldering, be able to read scope tests, troubleshooting skills working complex assemblies and work independently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Assemble and wire, using schematics, complete electro-mechanical assemblies forming all necessary cabling, wire and routing per drawings.
- Solder and crimping of mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to use hand tools and power devices.
- Ability to test assemblies using tools such as network analyzers and signal generators.
- Keep work area clean and organized to present a professional workplace environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications

Experience and Skills
- Two (2) years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
- Mechanical assembly concepts in performing assembly to schematics.
- Knowledge of use, repair, and maintenance of machines and tools.
- Ability to read drawings and bill of materials.
- Manual dexterity.
- Precision Soldering skills
Education
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
- English Language and Math proficiency a must
