About The Role
As a full-time Office Manager at Anterior, you will play a critical role in maintaining a productive and enjoyable workplace for our team. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage office logistics, and support team operations. This position is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys finding solutions to operational challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Office Operations:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships (e.g., IT, cleaning services, supplies).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and workspace arrangements as needed.
- Manage outside vendors (e.g., plant maintenance, lunch services) and ensure snacks are replenished weekly.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing events, and managing calendars.
- Process expense reports and manage office-related budgets.
- Oversee mail, shipping, and deliveries.
- Team Support:
- Plan and execute team-building activities, events, and celebrations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related queries.
- You have prior experience managing a fast-paced and rapidly growing office (startup experience a plus).
- You are extremely organized and detail-oriented and enjoy fulfilling projects end-to-end.
- You’re an active problem solver and are excited to improve the efficiency of our office.
- You are an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong vendor management skills.
- Your peers describe you as “scrappy” and a “hustler”; you are a prolific executor with a team-first mindset.
- While you may not have previous startup experience, you are eager to dive headfirst into one.
- You’re based in New York and excited to work in person full-time 5x a week!
