ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General description of main / primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision this position will :
- Perform daily follow up on all key processes to ensure implementation and conformance to the Company’s Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) standards, policies, and procedures across all well maintenance operations.
- Participate in regular well performance reviews in the Production meetings to provide feedback and plan well maintenance projects for effective execution.
- Liaise with production engineering team and manage timeline, prioritization, operation and optimization of Mobile Gas Lift Compressor (MGLC) for well revivals, to ensure the timely turnaround of wells for optimal field-wide production.
- Work with production operations to review well plunger performance with engineers and execute optimization plans to improve well productivity. Interface with production engineers and operations in executing field trials of artificial lift studies.
- Interact with Production Engineers, Production Operators, Well Intervention team, contractors and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution of planned well maintenance
- Conduct pre-work meetings and oversee the planned artificial lift activities, including MGLC operation / optimization, plunger lift installation and optimization.
- Provide technical knowledge and work with production engineering to determine the best course of action for well maintenance activities (MGLC operations and plunger optimizations). Make sound decisions based on what is best fit for the job.
- Partner with Engineering team and recommend the selection of vendors to be included for bidding consideration. Participate in vendor review processes, interview and provide feedback on vendor based on field performance, safety, service quality, and operational performances.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
