What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager - Apartments position at Anterra Management Corporation?
Need experienced Assistant Manager in West San Antonio. Must have at least 2 years of experience as an assistant manager at an apartment community. Yardi experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto liability, ability to pass a drug screen an background/credit check. Must have transportation to visit eviction court.
Performs all aspects of Assistant Manager , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed.
- Must be knowledgeable of all phases of bookkeeping, collections, and resident retention.
- Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
- Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
- Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
- Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.
Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other assistant manager duties as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
