We are hiring a strategic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a growing multi-unit gas station business (19 locations). This role requires someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex administrative and operational tasks.
π Key Responsibilities:
β Manage the CEOβs calendar, meetings, and communications.
β Organize business documents, reports, and financial summaries.
β Oversee project coordination and operational support.
β Liaise with vendors, store managers, and finance teams.
β Research industry trends, fuel pricing, and business insights.
β Support hiring, onboarding, and compliance tracking.
π― Qualifications:
β 3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or multi-unit retail.
β Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
β Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and task management software.
β Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
β Prior experience in fuel station or franchise management is a plus.
