Administrator, Accounts Payable (Vancouver)

You are

You will

·         Coordinate the collection, coding, approval and payment process of invoices in a fast-paced environment

·         Sort, match and scan invoices with supporting backup

·         Perform accurate data entry of payables into AP processing system

·         Manage and administer the monthly payment cycle, including EFT, ACH, manual cheques and e-filing

·         Maintain vendor files in the CRM database

·         Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner

·         Complete Vendor Statement reconciliations and follow up, when needed

·         Assist with preparation of monthly GST filing

·         Collect payroll time sheets and enter into Payroll software

·         Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required

You have

·         1 - 3 years of accounting/administrative-related experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector

·         Some post-secondary education in Accounting

·         A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)

·         An excellent attitude and a sense of humour!

·         Strong competency in Outlook, Excel and Word

·         Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy and multi-tasking abilities

·         Proven ability to work in team

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
