What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter (North Vancouver) position at Anthem Properties?
APG Construction has several current and planned multi-family developments in the lower mainland. We have an immediate requirement for Carpenter at one of our residential projects in North Vancouver.
You are
- Able bodied and capable of both heavy and light duty tasks
- A strong leader with qualities and a drive to motivate workers
- Able to read blueprints and discuss requirements
- Reliable and engaged
You have
- Wood framing and some finish carpentry direct experience (preferably 5 years plus)
- Backframing and other commercial construction detailing (including hoarding, ramps, and temporary facilities)
- A keen eye for details plus also assisting management with identifying poor workmanship
- Good communication abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Rate: $36 - $40 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
- 8hour shift with overtime possible
- Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
