Sales Counselor Job Summary :
- Responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in acquiring and managing short-term and long-term leads.
- Handling telephone, walk-in and inbound mail inquiries; qualifying prospects, converting qualified leads to tours; converting tours to deposits, and assisting with move-ins in accordance with established procedures
- Achieves and maintains budgeted occupancy by generating leads, qualifying prospects, effective prospecting, community tours, and closing sales
- Follows the organized sales and marketing approach established by the Director of Sales and Marketing to effectively move prospects through the sales process to achieve budgeted occupancy targets
