30 Year Training Company ISO Relationship Manager/Materials Manager

Small national training company looking for a full-time, in-office Relationship Manager &. Materials Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients and to update, design and expand our current learning content.

To qualify for this role, you must love interacting with people and be experienced in client services. You must be an excellent communicator, work well with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with all parties. You must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills, motivated to help clients and associates.

Relationship Management Responsibilities

• Understand and address client and associate needs- field requests from team members, client participants, managers and administrators
• Find and provide solutions quickly, effectively, efficiently and with pleasure
• Identify key staff in client companies to facilitate productive and efficient relationships
• Coordinate with sales & training staff to create, communicate and provide client training materials and delivery schedules
• Coordinate and load online learning client curriculums into Absorb TMS

·      Communicate possible additional services and selling opportunities to internal team

·      Gain solid knowledge of our products, solutions, results and competitors

Materials Specialist Responsibilities

·      Oversee all materials design elements and maintain consistency of our brand

·      Create PowerPoint training presentations as needed for sales team and marketing

·      Gather feedback and take sales input on training improvements, yet maintain the core selling system integrity

·      Create new courses in our TMS including creation of course steps, quizzes and videos

·      Troubleshoot all materials and online questions and issues

·      Continue to keep a pulse on the training industry to continually upgrade our materials

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or experience in customer service/sales
• Must work in local Cincinnati office
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Pleasant personality with problem-solving attitude. Follow-through to solve issues. Own the outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, great at fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Creative and graphical skills required
• Detail oriented for development of materials
• Instructional design experience helpful but not required

·      Strong PowerPoint and graphical skills

·      Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

·      Experienced with design software such as Canva or Adobe

• BS/BA in business or education preferred
• Knowledge of training or banking, insurance and financial services industries a plus
