• Develop marketing strategies to generate leads through various online platforms and social media.
• Learn and utilize our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) for lead generation and training.
• Conduct phone or Zoom interviews.
• Participate in weekly online training calls.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude, developing and nurturing your own team.
• Manage and be accountable for creating your schedule.
• Communicate with your director to maintain accountability.
• Offer support and mentorship to help others achieve their personal and business goals.Competencies :
