Job Title: Electrical Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Electrical Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and communicating electrical work on various projects with the electrical team. They act as a liaison between the electrical team, contractors, and clients, ensuring that all electrical installations and maintenance activities are prepared and scheduled in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Team Leadership: Work directly with the Electrical Manager, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget with payment collected, and meet quality standards.
• Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed plans and schedules for electrical work, ensuring that necessary permits are obtained and utility departments are scheduled.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including projects, reports, and inspections. Provide regular updates to the management team.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact between the electrical team, other departments, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Training and Development: Assist in training junior electrical staff CSR’s to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical coordination or a similar role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to organize, motivate, and schedule electrical teams.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with electrical repairs, as well as knowledge of project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience/Service Titan experience
• Experience with project management or supervisory roles in electrical projects.
• Knowledge of electrical repairs
• Ability to obtain permits, schedule inspections for multiple municipalities

This role is critical to ensuring the success of electrical projects by managing all aspects of electrical coordination efficiently and safely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
