General Summary Of Position
The Desktop Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of end-user devices and software applications. This position requires a technically skilled professional with strong problem-solving abilities who can deliver efficient and effective IT support.
Essential Duties
- Provide comprehensive support for Windows 11, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Manage and troubleshoot workstation and peripheral devices, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with our IT infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot iPhone and iPad devices, ensuring seamless integration with our IT infrastructure.
- Administer and support Office 365 applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize Microsoft Intune to manage and secure mobile devices, applications, and data.
- Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, configurations, and procedures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve support processes continuously.
- Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
- Follows Anthony & Sylvan Pool’s policies and procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.
- Windows 11: In-depth knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 11 operating systems.
- iPhone and iPad: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads.
- Office 365: Expertise administering and supporting Office 365 applications and services.
- Microsoft Intune: Experience using Intune for device management, application deployment, and security enforcement.
- Software Installation and Troubleshooting: Ability to perform software installations, updates, and resolve issues to ensure optimal functionality.
