Hardscape Landscape Foreman

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape/ Hardscape Foreman to join our team at Anthos Landscaping LLC. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing landscape and hardscape installation and maintenance projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, and leading a team to deliver exceptional results. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Supervision:
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of landscapers to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Train new crew members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and best landscaping and hardscaping practices.
• Project Management & Coordination:
• Organize and oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed according to project specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate with the business owners to understand project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory to avoid project delays.
• Demonstrate the ability to complete projects effectively and on time, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe and working condition.
• Leave work sites clean and orderly at the end of each day, ensuring debris is properly disposed of and tools are stored securely.
• Client Interaction & Satisfaction:
• Communicate professionally with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide updates to clients and business owners on project progress and any unforeseen challenges.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Landscaping and/or Hardscaping in a foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation systems, and equipment operation is preferred.
• Preferred skills in operating heavy equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and other related machinery.
• Training will be provided for candidates who show strong leadership and organizational skills and are willing to learn.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects effectively and on time.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
