AnthroMed Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a critical role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of our students.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work, as well as an LMSW license eligible in the State of Michigan. They will also have experience working with students in a K-12 setting and be familiar with the principles of social-emotional learning.
As a School Social Worker, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement effective behavior support plans. You will also provide individual and group counseling services to students, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
