Position Details
- Grade Levels: Early Intervention
- Duration: entire school year
- Schedule: Flexible schedule, with community visits as needed
- Setting: Community-based
- Caseload:
- Shared team caseload of approximately 120 children
- Services are provided 2x per month, 1x per month, or as needed per the Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
- Model:
- Reflective coaching approach
- Working directly with families to support their child’s development
- Diverse Work Environment: Provide services in community-based settings such as daycares and family homes.
- Impactful Work: Help children develop foundational communication skills through personalized intervention.
- Collaborative Team: Be part of a team of 20 SLPs who work together to support families and children.
