About the role
We're seeking a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to build and scale our marketing operations infrastructure during a period of rapid growth. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between marketing execution and business outcomes, establishing the foundational processes and systems that will support our expanding go-to-market teams. You'll have the unique opportunity to design and implement AI-enabled marketing workflows using Claude, while helping demonstrate marketing's impact for our complex business model. This is a high-visibility role that will work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and GTM leadership to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize our marketing technology stack to support rapid GTM growth and enable seamless lead management
- Establish robust analytics frameworks and dashboards to measure marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue in a consumption-based model
- Design and implement automated workflows leveraging Claude to increase team efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Create and maintain scalable processes for lead routing, attribution modeling, and performance reporting
- Partner with sales and finance teams to develop metrics and reporting that demonstrate marketing's impact across different customer segments
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions
- Build the foundation for predictive analytics and AI-enhanced lead scoring systems

- Have 7 years of experience in marketing operations and analytics roles at B2B SaaS companies
- Have proven experience building marketing operations functions from the ground up in high-growth environments
- Are deeply experienced with marketing technology implementation and integration
- Have strong analytical capabilities and experience building attribution models and reporting frameworks
- Excel at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Are passionate about process optimization and automation
- Have experience measuring marketing impact in complex business models
