We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our specialized technical functions, including Security & IT, Product Management, and Design. In this role, you'll build and develop a team of recruiters while partnering closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans that support Anthropic's mission to create safe and beneficial AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing coaching, performance management, and career development
- Partner with leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth plans and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across technical functions to understand their needs and ensure effective talent acquisition
- Establish recruiting best practices that emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, metrics, and candidate experience
