The ideal candidate is a self-starter, goal-oriented and a team player. This person primary objective is to learn, contribute and maintain the aesthetic of the Anthropologie brand and support the senior design staff with creative ideas, illustration, design, typography and in-house production.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist in design and production of store signage, event collateral, and own brand packaging.Contribute to team brainstorms / idea sharingContribute creative ideas for seasonal packaging, gifts with purchase, home office communication and signage,printed promotional assetsInternal communication, organization and archiving of team samples.Role Qualifications 2 years of experience in design industry or another creative team environmentIn-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite : InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorStandard understanding of design and art principles.Interest in trends in art, fashion, culture.Working knowledge of AI programs : Chat GPT, MidJourney, Dall-ePro-active problem solving and idea generationEagerness to learn from senior team and follow creative directionStrong understanding of typography, layout and color with knowledge of production / file preparationHand skills : strong craft, and production of physical mockupsSense of responsibility and effective time management skillsOrganized, with a strong attention to detailUnderstanding of brand and retail appropriateness and aestheticAdaptive to change and tight deadlinesClear written and oral communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects with direction from senior staffEnthusiastic team playerBFA (or equivalent college degree specializing in design / fine art)#LI-EC1 #AnthropologieThe PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
