Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with current Pricing Matrix.
- Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates.
- Build and maintain customer contacts, both new and existing to ensure sales goals are met.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Local travel required within local territory or state.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Previous sales experience required
- Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required.
- Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must possess valid driver’s license and meet company driving standards
Required Skills
- Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service
Preferred Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry licensed in accordance with state regulations
Physical Requirements
- Extensive driving and walking
- Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers
- Ability to work long hours as needed
