School Bus Drivers

Part Time and Substitutes

Part-time work, approximately 20-25 hours per week
Will train qualified candidate
Starting Pay $22.86
Credit for up to 5 years experience for drivers working 20-25 hours per week
Guaranteed 4 hours per day
IMRF Pension
Paid sick days
Monthly attendance bonus
Off for school holidays / summer

School Bus Driver requirements :

Must be at least 21 years old

Possess a valid driver's license for three years

Clean driving record for past 3 years

Must be able to pass background check

Must be able to pass school bus driver physical

Must be able to obtain a CDL / School bus driver license

Must be available for ALL school days

Added benefite : D34 bus driver's children can ride the bus
