Unit: CSEA Current Vacancies: 1 Classification Work Hours/Months: 8 Hours/ 10.75 Months (215 Days) CSEA Salary Range 126: Step A $27.52; Step B $28.91; Step C $30.37; Step D $31.91; Step E $33.53; Step F $35.23 Promotional /Open: The promotional group as well as the general public may apply. The promotional side of the eligibility list shall take precedence when certifying eligibles. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years clerical or secretarial experience including work with student records and enrollment functions.
SELECTION & EXAMINATIONS: The selection process will consist of a competitive application screening for completeness, qualifications, and experience. If your application is accepted to move forward with the testing process, you will be notified via email of the date and location of the exams. A written exam (weighted 40% of your score) and an oral panel interview (weighted 60% of your score) will be conducted. A passing score must be achieved on each portion of the exams. Final selection will be made from those who achieve the three highest ranking scores.
