Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and oversee QuickBooks Online accounts for multiple LLCs.
Reconcile bank accounts and a centralized cash management account.
Create and refine automated financial workflows for efficiency.
Provide financial oversight to prevent errors and discrepancies.
Train internal team members on bookkeeping best practices and tools.
Generate and distribute 1099s and ensure all records are tax-ready.
Prepare and pull financial reports as needed using QuickBooks Online

Oversee the integration of accounting tools like QuickBooks Bill Pay, Easy Storage, and Ricochet.

Qualifications
At least 4 years of bookkeeping experience with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online.
Proven ability to manage and reconcile multiple accounts.
Experience with multi-LLC accounting under one management structure is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of 1099 preparation, tax compliance, and reporting.Proficiency in creating and managing automated financial systems.
