**Key Responsibilities: **

• Assist in booking and coordinating small events within the restaurant.
• Process and manage reservation paperwork efficiently.
• Maintain and oversee daily reservations, ensuring optimal pacing and quantity for seamless timeline of reservations.
• Collaborate with private dining managers and front-of-house teams for seamless reservation updates.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and special requests promptly.
• Other duties as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications: **

• Proficiency with OpenTable, TripleSeat, and Toast preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, answering phone calls, and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 20 pounds at times.
