As a Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical and non-technical positions. This position is based at the US headquarters in Ashland, VA.
The base range for this position from $33.00 to $37.50 per hour and depends on related experience. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities include:
- Sources candidates using various platforms
- Conducts phone and video screening
- Maintains awareness of the latest trends and technologies in recruiting
- Ensures Affirmative Action Plan requirements are met
- Approximately 5% travel time to attend offsite recruiting events
Skills and qualifications you will need:
- A.S. degree in business administration or technical recruiting experience
- Excellent time management, prioritizing and organizational skills are essential
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and passport
