Responsibilities & Qualifications
Your responsibilities include:
- Accountability for Profitability and Goals of the Western Region
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Managing sales and expense budgets
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing staff
- Preparing sales reports
Skills and qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
- 5 years of management experience in sales or service
- 5 years of experience in sales or service, preferably in a related industry
- Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the US with focus on the Western Region
- Valid driver's license and passport
