- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with payroll processing and data entry.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
- File, scan, and archive company records digitally and physically.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in construction or landscaping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with basic accounting or payroll systems is a plus.
