Responsibilities:
- Work with customer's overseeing all financial transactions and reporting.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the sales team and customers to facilitate smooth, effective financing.
- Review and assess customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with lending standards and policies.
- Negotiate and secure competitive financing rates with top-tier financial institutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Provide regular financial reports to senior management, including key performance indicators.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative ideas to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with all dealership departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Automotive Finance Experience with Toyota experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations in a high-volume environment.
- Expertise in financial management principles, practices, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
