Coach/Social Worker
Anu Family Services is dedicated to providing trauma-effective psychoeducation and skills development for individual adults and youth, as well as families. We continue to grow our community programs and need a part-time or full-time employee excited about facilitating services in three programs: Parent Coaching, Youth Coaching, and Community-Based Flexible Support.
In this position, you would have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people with different backgrounds, ages, and needs, and you would have an amazing team of professionals to collaborate with on a regular basis. Your client roster would be comprised of a combination of caregivers working toward increasing their confidence in their parenting skills and connection with their child(ren), youth striving to build healthy relationships and engage in social and emotional learning to enhance coping skills, and individuals with goals to increase their well-being through increased independence, skill development, and deeper connection to community. Anu's clients receive county support through Comprehensive Community Services, Children's Long-Term Support Waiver, or the child welfare system. Anu is searching for individuals who are passionate about helping individuals and families thrive within Chippewa, Barron, Dunn, and nearby counties.
This position is part-time or full-time. Anu offers a work environment with competitive benefits, a flexible schedule with some evening hours, a home office base, and opportunities for professional development. With this position, there is also an opportunity to earn 3,000 supervised hours to become a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Paid time off is available at 20 hours/week, and all full-time benefits, including health insurance, are available at 30 hours/week.
Professionals hired for this position receive paid training. Anu employs strengths-based interventions that provide psychoeducation and skills development to help clients meet their goals of building and maintaining healthy connections with others, understanding the reasons behind challenging behaviors, and developing healthy coping skills.

Job Requirements:
Candidates will have a Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a related field, plus significant experience in child welfare or another child-related field. Preferred candidates have experience working with individuals or families who have experienced trauma. A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required for this position, and the candidate must be willing and available to provide in-person, in-home services to clients in the identified counties.
