Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring adherence to state and agency guidelines. Foster a positive and motivating team culture.
- Implement and Drive Change: Roll out new initiatives, manage special projects, and measure their success to enhance service delivery.
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, assist with admissions, transitions, and discharges, and promote person-centered care.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and provide clinical supervision to staff, including interns, to help them excel in their roles.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure the accurate documentation of clinical processes, monitor performance, and guarantee compliance with state and agency requirements.
- Crisis Management: Respond as a leader in emergency situations, maintaining a safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Support Client Recovery: Facilitate client and family involvement in the recovery process, helping clients overcome barriers to success.
- Ensure Compliance: Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to maintain the highest standards of care.
We’re looking for a driven and compassionate individual with the following qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field approved by the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board (required).
- Experience: Clinical leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: LCAS (Full LCAS) is REQUIRED. LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT preferred. A valid NC or SC Driver's License is required.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.
