Our commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment has driven our success and growth. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Inside Sales Manager.
A role of an Inside Sales Manager for the Any Hour Group requires effective team leadership and development, including hiring, training, and managing a team of inside sales representatives. The individual will provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster a results-driven, customer-centric culture. In terms of sales strategy and execution, the position involves developing and refining scripts and sales processes to ensure effective follow-ups, as well as monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generated from unsold estimates.
The individual will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and sales growth. Additionally, the role involves customer engagement and follow-up, ensuring the team contacts homeowners in a timely, professional manner while implementing strategies to overcome objections and close sales, all while maintaining a customer-first approach to drive revenue. The individual will also manage data through CRM systems to track leads, calls, and conversions, regularly reporting performance to leadership and analyzing sales data to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of inside sales representatives.
- Develop and refine sales scripts and processes for effective follow-ups.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue from unsold estimates.
- Ensure timely and professional customer follow-up, implementing objection-handling strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports and analyze sales data for trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field(preferred but not required) or equivalent work experience in sales leadership, coaching, or customer service management
- 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in an inside-sales or call center environment
- Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries is a plus
- Certifications (preferred but not required): Sales Certifications (e.g., Service Titan, HubSpot Inbound Sales, Sandler Sales Training) or leadership development programs are a plus
