What You'll Do
Strategic Planning
Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and industry trends.
Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, media, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.
Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Identify and explore new opportunities for growth and innovation within the agency.
Solution Development : Drive the development of innovative digital marketing solutions that deliver exceptional results.
Influencer Marketing
Strategy Development : Design and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, threats, and growth opportunities in the influencer space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans.
Performance Analysis : Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Reporting : Generate comprehensive reports detailing campaign results, ROI, and strategic recommendations for future efforts.
Team Leadership
Mentorship : Mentor and develop a team of strategic planners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Oversight : Oversee the daily operations of the strategic planning team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Support : Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
Client Relationships
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Presentation : Present strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner, gaining their buy-in and support.
Collaboration : Collaborate with client teams to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
10 years of experience in strategic marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing or digital marketing.
Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
Experience : 5 years of team management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms, as well as social media trends.
Fluency in English.
