We are a promotional products company located in Ontario, CA looking for our next CS / Operations lead.
We are AnyPromo.com, an ecommerce company who sells promotional products... you know those cool items you might get from an employer on your first day, or giveaways you might get at a trade show? Yep, that's what we do!
For this position: Ideally, you would have at least 2 years of any type of team lead experience which involved monitoring operations, order details, and/or workflows. You will be reporting to our Director of Operations, and assisting our sales/order fulfillment teams. *We are not a warehouse, we are an online e-commerce company.
The Plan:
We will bring you on board, and send you through a 90d training program where you will learn all about who we are, what we do, and how to be great.
After that, you will help make sure that every order goes smoothly from start to finish, and help our teams provide solutions to our customers for any problematic orders.
Compensation: Compensation is DOE, and ranges from $30/hr to $35/hr. As we need to support and be available the the team members we serve, and our fellow management, this position is in-office full time.
