Position Summary:
In the position of SAP Functional Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP solutions, specifically Commerce Cloud. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop solutions to meet organizational objectives. Provide technical leadership and insights to the team, to ensure SAP solutions are optimally configured and utilized.
Essential Job Functions:
- Take the lead in SAP implementation projects and Request for Changes (RFCs), drive them from initiation to completion, ensure requirements specific to their area of expertise are met and effectively integrated into the broader system. Take lead in SAP Commerce Cloud from inception to completion.
- Possess deep expertise in specific areas of SAP, staying updated with the latest features, best practices, and innovations across the platform. Specifically within integrating commerce cloud platform to SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to design and implement solutions which align with the broader business process strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for challenges specific to their area of expertise, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, recommending enhancements and new features.
- Work in tandem with other leads to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions. Engage with business users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure functionalities align with business requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of SAP configurations, settings, and procedures. Validate, confirm, all adhere to company and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership and insights to the team, certifying SAP Commerce Cloud solutions are optimally configured and utilized. Mentor and guide junior resources, fostering their professional growth and expertise.

Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in process design and development
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft office. Advance working knowledge and skills with SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC) and/or SAP S/4Hana
- Preferred Certifications: Industry Certification from SAP or related field
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A
Base Pay Range: 99,7500K - 133,000K
