Front Desk/Membership Sales

Part-time approx. 12-18 hours with mostly weekday afternoons and weekend mornings.

At Anytime Fitness we are passionate about our members and the surprisingly personable experience we create! Our Club Associate will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to all Anytime Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all office/club related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• New member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to upper management as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Ensure effective operations and cleanliness according to company standards
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills

Club Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Regular facility cleaning and upkeep such as mopping under equipment, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, restrooms, gym floor organization and re-racking weights.
• Regular cleaning of all exercise equipment and tanning beds.

• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
