Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Member Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including signing up new members and payments.
- Communicate with members and guests regarding their needs and provide information about services and amenities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system.
- Assist in membership sales by promoting products and conducting product demos as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area entire facility.
- Stock supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations of the facility.
- Address member and guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred; experience in sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with members and guests.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
