Job Overview
As a Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve assisting members with their inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting our services to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. You will play a crucial part in fostering positive relationships with our members while ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Call previous prospects to re-engage their interest in our services.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance member experience.
• Address member inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and services offered.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff members to ensure they are assisting members properly and hitting sales goals.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
