SUMMARY: The primary role of the Sales Development Rep is to dedicate time to prospecting for potential new members. Driving more leads for our portfolio of clubs. This position calls for a motivated individual, proficient social skills, and a commitment to growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales prospecting: This position is directly responsible for the membership sales, finding and contacting prospects
- Brand Ambassador- Exemplify what it means to be an Anytime Fitness team member by working every day to better yourself and those around you.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Needs to be able to work from facility.
- Needs to be able to work 12-15 hours
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be coachable.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about health and fitness.
- Understands the importance of team cohesion.
- Must be personable.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Computer skills required: (Microsoft Office Suite, POS Systems (not required but a plus), Gym Management Software (not required but a plus).
