Job description

Searching for a motivated individual to coordinate and dispatch HVAC technicians while providing excellent customer service to our residential and commercial customers. This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented, punctual and dependable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answering phones & scheduling customer appointments
  • Communication with Property and Facility Management companies
  • Maintain technicians daily dispatch schedules
  • Maintain customer database with new and existing customers
  • Coordinating and facilitating customer maintenance schedules

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Dispatching experience is recommended
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Positive and outgoing personality
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Organized
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft office, email and internet applications
  • Available to work overtime when needed
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Professional phone skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

    • BENEFITS :

  • Hourly pay with O.T. (Mon-Fri)
  • 15-$25 Commission for each maintenance agreement sold (Paid weekly)
  • 5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment
