We are looking for a positive-minded and career-oriented lead HVAC installation technician with excellent work ethic and communication skills to service our customers in Metro Atlanta. We service residential (90%) and light commercial (10%) customers in Metro Atlanta, which helps us maintain year-round work.

Lead HVAC Installer Job Summary :

Full time residential HVAC installation technician. Remove and install HVAC equipment and accessories with complete start-up in homes and light commercial buildings without supervision.

Lead HVAC Installer Responsibilities and Duties :

Perform in-home residential and light commercial HVAC installations with complete start-up. Manage and organize workflow with installation crew. Follow all safety procedures. Complete jobs with integrity and pride in your work. Communicate scope of work, activity, and system operation with the home owner.

What We're Looking For :

Good work ethic (reliable and shows up on time)
Team player
Strong customer service and organization skills
Minimum 5 years of installation experience
Capable of installing gas split systems
Capable of installing heat pump split systems
Clean driving record and background examination
Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, and tool account for personal tools if needed)
Must be proficient with smartphones and email
EPA Type II Certification (Preferred)

Benefits Include :

Piece-rate pay ($580 per system, $50 per air cleaner, $60 per plenum, $60 per duct, etc.)

Minimum 32 hour weekly pay GAURANTEED December through March

3% commission for all plumbing leads found while installing (both service and equipment)

5% commission on any upselling of items (plus paid to install)

5000 Bonus for each 5 years of employment

Christmas bonus plan (receive 1% bonus of annual income each December)

401K & Roth Retirement plans with 4% company match (available after 1 year & fully vested)

Paid vacation (1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years)
